How Mobile Service Works
The process is simple:
- Call or request online. Give us your vehicle year, make, model, and location. We'll verify your insurance coverage and provide a price quote — usually $0 with comprehensive insurance.
- Pick a time and location. Tell us where you'll be. Your driveway, office parking lot, UMass Lowell lot, or any accessible outdoor location works. We need roughly one parking space of clearance around your vehicle.
- We arrive on time. Our technician arrives with your glass cut to your vehicle's specifications, all tools, adhesives, and safety equipment on board.
- Installation takes 60–90 minutes. Chip repairs typically take 20–30 minutes. You don't need to be with the vehicle the entire time — just within reach for final sign-off.
- Safe drive-away time. After installation, we'll give you a specific safe drive-away time (usually 60 minutes for urethane adhesive to set before highway driving). We'll let you know exactly when you're good to go.
Same Coverage as a Shop
Mobile service carries the same insurance coverage and workmanship guarantee as shop service. We use the same OEM-quality glass, the same adhesive systems, and the same installation standards. ADAS recalibration, where required for vehicles with lane departure warning or collision systems, can be arranged after mobile installation.
